Need to exchange or return a product? It's easy and quick in four steps! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, and we'll ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within five working days of receiving the return shipment. Once a order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Step 3: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. Take a photo of your package and Track and Trace code and send it to our customer service. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
